Resignation note After 100 days as Head of Growth and Partnerships at @quantrix_agent, I am stepping down from my role. I joined full of energy, clear deliverables and a shared vision. Over time, that rhythm broke. Calls were missed. Messages went unanswered. Commitments were not followed through. Key updates were not shipped. I stayed patient and kept executing. Several partnerships are ready to be closed and activated. In parallel, I kept increasing my $QTRX exposure, both personally and professionally. But communication went only one way. When silence becomes the norm, teams stop operating. I cannot continue to work with people who disappear when market sentiment turns bearish. I put real capital, time, and trust behind this project. I did not sell my presale tokens and added around $30k of my own funds. I believed. That belief has cost me over $40k. The part that matters most to me, however, is reputational. Some of you backed Quantrix based on my word. I own that, I regret where it ended up, and I am sorry. Effective immediately, I am resigning from Quantrix. I wish the team all the best and I will continue to believe in a future with AI Agents and prediction markets.

What happens to you if your tech fails ?
The Soci3ty@thesoci3tyorg

Yesterday, one misconfiguration in Cloudflare's network made half the internet disappear for millions of users. Websites down. APIs unresponsive. Even 𝕏 went dark. In that moment, something became obvious: When one point fails, everything shakes. Here's why this matters: We keep designing “decentralized” systems…and centralizing the foundations. Most of the modern internet operates like this: → Distributed on the surface → Centralized underneath → Dependent on a few critical nodes All it takes is one bug in one service in one company… ...and the façade collapses. This isn't just about Cloudflare. It's an architecture problem. We've built global ecosystems on top of single points of failure. One bot-mitigation crash. One config push. One vulnerable dependency. And suddenly: → Creators can't publish → Businesses can't operate → Communities can't communicate → Entire markets go silent Complex systems and centralized infrastructure have led to fragility disguised as convenience. But here's the truth no-one talks about: Technology failed today. But the human layer didn't. Even while platforms broke, people coordinated. They shifted to Discord, WhatsApp, and email chains. They shared updates. They helped each other navigate the blackout. Infrastructure collapsed. But community stayed online. There's a lesson in that. The Soci3ty's entire pivot is built around this insight: Resilience doesn't come from one giant system. Instead, it comes from many small, aligned units. Not one platform. Not one moderator. Not one owner. Not one dependency. But Clans: → Small → Aligned → Human → Anti-fragile Micro-economies that can coordinate, co-create, and keep moving. Even when the big systems fail. This is why collective agency is the breakthrough of the coming world. Individual agency is powerful, but linear. It's you vs. the ceiling. Collective agency is exponential. It's 1 + 1 = 3. Or 5. Or 10. When a Clan acts together, resilience becomes native. No single point of failure can sink the whole. The future will belong to groups who build as organisms instead of as organisations. Organisations break when a node breaks. Organisms adapt. Organisations pause during outages. Organisms reroute. Organisations depend on the system. Organisms depend on each other. This is the architecture The Soci3ty is building. Cloudflare's outage wasn’t just an incident, but a preview. A preview of why: → centralized infrastructure can’t carry decentralized dreams → resilience must move from code to people → the next layer of the internet must be human-coordinated, not platform-dependent → Clans, not platforms, will shape the coming world What broke today was a network. What stayed standing was trust. If you felt the internet's fragility yesterday…that’s the signal. A world built on single points of failure can't scale into the future. But a world built on aligned, distributed collectives who share purpose and agency? That's a future worth designing. And that's exactly what we’re building inside The Soci3ty. One Clan at a time 💚

Every week we add 1-2 communities to the line up They understand the need to integrate their members at the closest operational level possible and understand how @thesoci3tyorg does just that Tag your favorite business/community who I should talk to, it'll change their lives

Access was the unlock. Agency was the rise. But one add-on is the breakthrough... Collective agency. And the Clan economy is what comes next. We have 10+ communities representing 15K+ people ready to co-build with us. And what we're building now is the OS to take communities from individual contribution to collective, meaningful creation. The coming era will no longer be defined by lone builders. It'll be a group effort, built by small, aligned communities who trust each other. Here's why: Access was the promise of the last decade. Creator tools, freelancer marketplaces, LLMs, and distribution platforms all democratized opportunity. But access alone doesn't guarantee belonging. And what's more? Access can be revoked, censored, demonetized, or absorbed by other platforms overnight. Access gives you a door. But agency is what gives you a path. This was the age of the solopreneur, the creator, and the indie hacker. Agency meant: → I can build on my own → I can learn anything → I can create from anywhere → I can design my own career Powerful, but not sustainable. Because individual agency scales linearly. The more you push, the more you get... Until you burn out or hit a ceiling. Agency makes you independent. But independence doesn't guarantee resilience. This is the breakthrough most people miss. When small groups of aligned individuals coordinate: → Ideas compound → Accountability increases → Execution accelerates → Momentum becomes self-sustaining Collective agency, unlike individual agency, is nonlinear. 1 + 1 stops equalling 2. It becomes 3, 5, 10, depending on trust and alignment. This is where groups stop being communities and start becoming living, breathing entities. A team without a hierarchy. A purpose-driven community. A network with a mission. The early blueprint for a Clan. And the Clan Economy is what The Soci3ty is pioneering. A Clan Economy has: → Shared purpose → Shared rituals → Shared incentives → Shared ownership → Shared upside It behaves like an organism, and not an organization. Value isn't extracted, but circulated, and regenerated. These Clans aren't just group chats. They're: → Micro-economies → Micro-institutions → Micro-civilizations And connecting these Clans gives us a new layer in society: A distributed, regenerative, human-powered economic fabric. That's the North Star. That's what we're building the Clan OS for. This is the evolution we'll share as we build this OS in public: Access → Agency → Collective Agency → Clan Economy And we're just getting started 💚

I've been feeling blessed these days, we've had major realignments, found product market fit before a single line of code was written Have 10+ communities representing 15k+ people ready to co-build with us It's all finally happening after 3 years of insane work ✨
The Soci3ty@thesoci3tyorg

The next evolution of communities won't be managed. Instead, it'll be alive. Something strange is happening inside the Soci3ty right now. It doesn't behave like an organisation anymore. Here's what that means 🧵

Yesterday, the first Clan Founders gathered. No hierarchy, no titles, no team ownership. This was just a circle of minds solving each other's problems. The real foundation of the Soci3ty is its people: not an organization, but an organism learning to breathe together. Decentralized impact starts with awareness and empathy 💚

Organic growth incarnate ! We took it super slow, tried things and failed but now we're getting into a rhythm with more and more fantastic people joining I'm blessed, we're blessed, let's see where this ends up taking us Spot the @ChimpersHQ T ;)
