@WestMidRailway Thank you for the reply and apology. Many people could have hopped onto the Walsall train to save time if they had known. Next one to RTV is also delayed by over 15 mins so lots of disgruntled customers atm.

@WestMidRailway really not good enough guys. Sat on the 18:12 to Rugeley TV and after at least 20 mins, decided to get off to find out it was cancelled. No announcement whatsoever on the train, a simple apology and update on the situation is the least staff could've done.
