With more young people struggling with their mental health as a result of the pandemic, we need to make early support available to every young person.

The Government need to invest in more early mental health support for young people.

Because of the outstanding leadership shown by @RealGeoffBarton and the work the @ASCL_UK have done throughout this pandemic I decided to join them...in contrast other teaching unions, on a number of issues, have been absent, timid, or lacking imagination.

Our data has revealed that 8/10 secondary age girls will now hide their needs from teachers, a 30% rise since the pandemic. Boys have also seen a 20% rise. A crisis of hidden concerns will develop unless teachers are helped to see behind the curtain #safeguarding #UKedtech #VEIL
