This will be our final call to anyone who are using JAKE for their personal agenda. Over the past few days, we have seen multiple instances where Jake’s words are being taken out of context and used to push personal agendas, including calls for a boycott. We want to make this clear: this is not what Jake asked for, and this is not something we support. We understand that many fans are still hurt and emotional over the recent changes. As fans ourselves, we feel that as well. It’s not easy, and it’s valid to feel upset. However, using Jake’s words to justify actions that go against what he has clearly asked crosses a line that we cannot ignore. Jake clearly expressed that he hopes ENGENEs will continue to support him and ENHYPEN. As a fanbase dedicated to Jake, our role is to stand by him and respect what he has asked from fans. That means we are not participating in any boycott. Instead, we will continue supporting Jake, the members, and ENHYPEN as a whole. Our priority has always been Jake. Supporting him also means respecting his wishes even when emotions are high. We ask everyone to be more mindful moving forward. Let’s not twist his words or use them in ways that could harm him or the group. At the end of the day, being a fan also means knowing when to draw the line and choosing respect above everything else. We will continue to move forward with Jake, and with ENHYPEN.
