.@simplepractice I just received an invoice from you that includes my therapist’s social security number. I’m now worried that my payment information is also not safe with your app.

An update to the Android version of our app caused the Android app to immediately close upon opening due to an error. We have reverted the update and have confirmed that the app is now working normally. Please update to the latest version. If you are still unable to open the app after updating, uninstalling and reinstalling will ensure you are on the newest version.

You're sign up page isn't working. I have tried many times, also on an incognito browers. At the end of the process, hit sign up and it just doesn't go through. You guys said that was fixed - it's not. How come there is no way to reach anyone? A problem in terms of trust in your system. A colleague also passed my info to their set up specialist, and no one reach out.
