In addition to what we discussed yesterday, our founder @jblhvsa has something to add. Real estate has always been valuable, but access has never been simple. Local systems, capital requirements, and closed networks have shaped who gets to participate. In this clip, He breaks down why that is, and what’s starting to change. If access to property became easier and more open, would you invest more in real estate, or stay with what you know?

You guys ever heard of distress sale? There might be nothing wrong with that car, plus it’s even registered and a 2010, owner might need funds to sort out something and sell at any cash available. Though inspections are needed as well before purchasing. I’m not a fan of facelifts, but it’s not a big deal on this. So y’all should chill.

Big milestone for @libertum_token 🚀 What started as a vision is now becoming real infrastructure. We’ve officially built a fully functional multi-chain stablecoin platform — already live across 8 blockchains: • Ethereum • BNB Chain • Polygon • Avalanche • Base • Arbitrum • Solana • Cardano This isn’t just “deployed contracts” — this is a complete issuer + mint + admin ecosystem with: ✔ Token creation & deployment ✔ Compliance & controls ✔ Wallet-based authorization ✔ Multi-chain architecture ✔ Governance & voting ✔ White-label minting experience ✔ Real-world payment + settlement integration (in progress) 🌍 Why this matters #Stablecoins shouldn’t be locked to one chain. Issuers should be able to launch once and scale globally across chains — without rebuilding everything. That’s exactly what we’re enabling. 🔥 What’s next (and exciting) We’re now pushing deeper into non-EVM ecosystems. 👉 A test @Cardano_CF stablecoin deployment is already working 👉 Built using CIP20 / native token standards 👉 Full demo video dropping next 🎥 This is a big step — because true multi-chain doesn’t stop at EVM. We’re not just building tokens. We’re building stablecoin infrastructure for the next wave of global finance. More to come very soon. 🚀 — Javvad

One of the biggest misconceptions about tokenized real estate is that the token comes first. It doesn’t. Before anything is recorded on a blockchain, the asset itself must exist, be verified, and be legally structured. Tokenization is not the starting point, it is an additional layer built on top of real ownership. Step 1: Property exists → Verified legal ownership Every tokenized asset begins with a real property. The ownership must be legally defined, documented, and enforceable before it can be digitized. This means the rights to the asset are clear, the structure is compliant, and the underlying value is real. Without this foundation, tokenization has nothing to represent. Step 2: Tokenization → Blockchain records the claim Once the legal structure is in place, tokenization introduces a digital record of ownership. The blockchain does not create the asset. It records who owns what, how much they own, and how those rights can move. This creates transparency, auditability, and efficiency that traditional systems often struggle to provide. Step 3: Investor interaction → Track, manage, transfer rights With ownership recorded digitally, investors can interact with the asset in ways that were previously difficult. They can track their holdings, manage their position, and transfer ownership more efficiently, while still being backed by real legal agreements and real-world value. This is where tokenization makes the biggest difference, not by changing the property, but by changing how people can participate in it. The result is a model where real estate keeps its stability, while ownership becomes more flexible, transparent, and globally accessible. Tokenization isn’t about turning buildings into crypto. It’s about making ownership easier to verify, easier to manage, and easier to access, without losing what makes real estate valuable in the first place. Question for investors: Do you think the biggest challenge in RWAs today is technology… or trust in the structure behind the asset? Follow @LandhiveRWA for more

When people talk about tokenized real estate, the conversation often jumps straight to blockchain, tokens, and liquidity. But the reality is much simpler, and much more structured. Tokenized property still follows the same foundation real estate has always relied on. The difference is the layer built on top of it. Step 1: Property fundamentals Every real estate investment starts with the same questions: i. Does the asset generate cash flow? ii. Is there real demand for it? iii. Does it hold long-term value? Tokenization does not change these fundamentals. A weak property does not become strong because it is onchain, and a strong asset does not lose value because it is digitized. The underlying economics always come first. Step 2: Tokenization Once the asset is structured properly, tokenization introduces a digital ownership layer. Ownership rights can be recorded, tracked, and transferred more efficiently, while still being backed by legal agreements and enforceable structures. Blockchain does not replace the asset. It standardizes how ownership is managed. Step 3: Liquidity This is where expectations often become unrealistic. Tokenization can improve access and make ownership more flexible, but it does not turn real estate into a day-trading instrument. Property markets still move based on supply, demand, income, and market cycles. Liquidity becomes more possible, not unlimited. Understanding these three steps changes how investors look at tokenized real estate. First comes the asset. Then comes the structure. Only after that comes flexibility. When this order is respected, tokenization stops looking speculative and starts looking like what it actually is, modern infrastructure for one of the oldest asset classes in the world. The real question is: are you ready to evaluate tokenized real estate the same way they evaluate real estate… or are they still looking at it like crypto?
