If you’re a parent & have kids w/ @netflix profiles, do yourself a favor and do NOT start to use new parental controls. In doing so u lose main account pin u may have had, a huge loss if u have teens. @Netflixhelps not helpful on livechat. They have NO way to revert @reedhastings

@Teppett @netflix I totally agree. I don’t know why they would get rid of the ratings pin, instead of adding to it. We’ve just traded one for the other. At least before I knew it would be okay no matter whose profile they stumbled onto. Now I am stressed out about logging out every single time!

@Netflix Yes! I just messaged them saying the same thing. They added one security (profile pin), but took away the ratings pin. We need BOTH to be effective! Now I have to stress about logging out every single time—or my kids will have free reign, with absolutely no backup.
