We've gotten too comfortable with isolation and being afraid of each other that we forget how to meet people. Been there, I know how it's like. But lately I've started going out more and meeting people.

@RealPostFolder People misunderstand the hobby thing. You're not supposed to go to some dancing class or knitting just because there's women there. You're supposed to go to a hobby you actually enjoy. Even if there's not enough women there, your social circle will generally widen due to friends.

I'm a pretty low-to-no maintenance kinda guy. Don't feel obligated to DM me every day to keep my interest, I'll message you the same way even if it has been months. Assuming we've built some rapport, of course. That being said, I also am not a conversationalist. I generally don't reach out cause I got nothing to talk about and consider myself a pretty boring person, lol. Doesn't mean I suddenly hate you or something (I'd tell you if I did), I just don't have anything to chat about. I also have other things I like to do that require full focus from me so I tend to keep to myself when I do. I do try to respond when I get a minute, though, unless you just send me NSFW or memes all the time, then maybe I don't respond always lol. Anyways, was just a random thought I had. Feel like lots of people DM me on discord thinking they need to or something. Honestly, don't feel that way. Also if I'm in VR there is a 99% chance I barely respond cause I hate typing in vr. @YuhiAmatsume I mean, I guess that's true. I'd say it's similar to to how alcohol doesn't kill relationships, but misusing alcohol will. Distance won't kill relationships on it's own (especially with modern technology), but those that can't handle long distance will struggle. Myself included.
