@myntra scammers took my 13k for receiving an empty watch box I am very frustrated and not fully satisfied with the services offered to me. I got an empty box and support is not ready to help, completely denied Customer support team is not looking at my case at all

@myntra I am getting no help from the support team at all. I have received an empty box and I will escalate this issue with the consumer court, if you do such kind of scamming I will not going to bear this at any cost. You guys need to change your policy #ConsumerRights

@MyntraSupport I work at night shift and my mother was there to pick the call, kindly get in touch with your courier team or with the courier boy. If you guys had delivered the item then why It was not delivered to me

@MyntraSupport I got a call from customer service team and It was a recorded call where he spoke with my mother rudely and he denied to help he also said that we guys will block you if you will not agree with our decision. I don’t have time to deal with this. I did not receive the watch.
