@simsham2 Balance... Mornings: 3 days weight training and 2 days yoga alternatively. Thursday and Sunday - running days in mornings. Evening: After work or after dinner: go for a walk. I go after work at 7pm....hit 6-7k steps 5 days a week. Run days - evening rest.
