@shania_vang I do agree that cognitive ability testing is valid and relatively low cost for employers. Along with this, I also found Job Performance Tests and Work Samples testing as interesting as well cuz it showcase real scenario for candidate.

I find the cognitive ability testing interesting. Especially how companies develop a grading scale like the one used in schools for people of different race and sex when the Civil Rights Act of 1991 forbid race and sex norming. #MGMT352Ch6 #HRselection
