Q. Why did you join the hip-hop label At Area 🐶 rather than explaining it in long words, my company is indeed hip-hop. I think my company is hip-hop, but i also think GFriend is hip-hop 😂. Of course, the genres are just different, but i felt that their spirit is similar to mine. When i first joined this company, i heard that even some of the artists already signed there were a bit puzzled at first too. But as time passed and they spent time with me, even they told me "you fit right in here". I have no intention of doing hip-hop myself. Also, my company's bosses, Groovyroom, are producers with a much wider spectrum aside from hip-hop. So even if i don't do hip-hop, they are people who can fully draw the right picture together with me. That's why i want to work hard together with them. I'll continue to show you our chemistry through music~

Q. The difference between GFriend Yuju and Soloist Yuju 🐶 when i was in a group, i had to tell the team's story rather than my own. Great producers prepared everything for usㅡGFriend's concept and the stories we needed to tell, so we just enjoyed what was set out for us and had fun practicing. However, as a solo artist, i have to become the main character of the music. Of course, like GFriend, i could've just received completed songs and release them, but i kind of have a belief that a solo singer should be able to introduce their own album. So, i realized to create an album with a lot of things to say, my level of participation naturally had to increase. So, approaching it with this mindset, rather than feeling like i had to complete this like a homework, being able to immediately express the emotions i feel at the moment through songs is what i think a major difference from when i was in a group. Because of this, the musical color and vocals as soloist Yuju come out a bit differently compared to GFriend's Yuju. My role within the team was quite distinct, because as the main vocalist, my role required me to lead the team's musical color. I mainly showed powerful vocals and took responsibility for the climaxes. When i do solo activities, i have to take full responsibility for every aspect and handle the storytelling myself, so it's much more detailed, and the way the lyrics are expressed sounds more like my own speaking style. I think that's the major difference
