@AHS_Warranty disappointed that you're taking advantage of people with a warranty. Telling someone who is loving in Houston with over 100 degree weather that you can't get someone over to help until 5 days from now is unacceptable.

@LPAlex @AHS_Warranty That's nice, but not so nice when they have not been so forthcoming with my mother in Houston. They are telling her she can't get someone to help until 5 days from now!!!

We have warranty with @AHS_Warranty & they have been great. However, our air conditioner has been out since first of May…we live in Texas, last week it as 115°. We cannot get a straight, consistent answer on where our parts are or when they’ll be delivered.
