@ML_Philosophy I feel anxious when my mind, heart, and body are not in the same place. "Busyness" can do this. I feel depressed when I neglect my mind, heart, and body, or step outside of healthy community. "Busyness" can do this too.

Take any shape outline then pick a color and you can fill the entire shape interior. Graphic designers are done.
