Part of the journey ahead of you is failure, and that's not a reason to hold back. There's nothing wrong with going for it, especially since you don't have to go alone. Message your cohort group, reach out to us directly, or join an alumni matching session. The global community is already there. Use it.

In a few decades, people will laugh at the term driverless cars the same way we laugh at calling cars "Horseless Carriages."

New answers rarely come from old questions. How often are you putting yourself in an environment that forces you to ask something you haven't asked before?

You've probably heard of Ozempic and Zepbound for weight loss, but have you seen the intriguing links between the GLP-1s and treating alcoholism, cocaine cravings, and violent behavior? gizmodo.com/11-of-american…

Would you still read a book if you discovered it was AI-generated? Would you still watch a movie if you discovered it was AI-generated? Would you still listen to a podcast if you discovered it was AI-generated?

If the fear of failing again is what's holding you back, let it go. Something that didn't work ten years ago might be worth revisiting today. Try a different approach, experiment with a new tool, look at the same problem from an angle you hadn't considered yet. Failure isn't the end of the story, it's an opportunity to write a better one.

🚨Attention all EP alumni: it might be time to revisit your program materials. Learning doesn't happen all at once, it settles in over time. We run two to three EPs a year and still walk away learning something new ourselves. One alumnus recently told us he went back and rewatched the session recordings and the one he'd liked least ended up sparking the idea that transformed his business. Go back, review, and reflect. You might be surprised by what you find.

We can't be agents of change alone. Real change takes a community of people willing to push in the same direction.

We spend so much time watching the ground right in front of us that we forget to look toward the horizon. One Executive Program alumna rediscovered this while teaching her three year old to ride a bike, calling out "look up" every time she crashed from staring at the wheels. In our futures wheel workshop, she found herself repeating the reminder: the farther you look, the farther you'll go. No matter how far we get in life, we still need to remind ourselves to lift our eyes.

Technology moves exponentially and hands us incredible tools, but tools don't solve great problems on their own. Vision and courage do that. Everything else, no matter how advanced, is just what makes us faster and more effective once we've already decided what's worth building.

If we're not part of the solution, we're part of the problem. That's the weight of the responsibility we carry. Some people make things happen, some just watch things happen, and some never even realize anything happened at all. Which one are you choosing to be today?

Having zero failures is not a sign your team is winning. It's usually a sign the thinking is too small. If nothing your people attempt ever fails, they are choosing goals they already know they can hit. That is comfort, not ambition. The best teams treat failure as proof they aimed high enough to learn something. Reward the bold attempt. Protect the people who make it. #Leadership #Culture #Innovation #Entrepreneurship

10% better and 10x better are not the same goal at different sizes. They are different goals. 10% asks how to improve what you already do. 10x asks whether you should be doing it at all. Aiming for 10x is different. You can't get there by optimizing what exists. You have to throw out the assumptions that created the problem and build something new. 10 percent is a grind. 10x is a reinvention. Which one is your team actually chasing? #Innovation #Strategy #Leadership #10x

Put a grasshopper in a jar and close the lid. It jumps, hits the lid, jumps, hits the lid. Over time it lowers its jump to fit the space. Then take the lid off. It keeps jumping at the same low height. It has forgotten how high it can go. Most leaders are running their companies inside a jar they cannot see. The lid came off years ago. The goals stayed small. Remember how high you can jump. What will you attempt this year with the lid removed? #Leadership #MoonshotThinking #Entrepreneurship #Futuremakers
