We need to stop using "Protestant" as an umbrella term b/c:
1. The pope was the first Protestant.
2. Lutherans are not identifiable w/ 99% of Protestants.
3. What we think of "Protestant" should just be called Evangelical Slop, e.g., Baptists, Methodists, Pentecostals, etc.
