@ChIMeRaTeX @wtacvnt Sadly no. It says Chisa applies it off field: When targets marked by Unseen Snare take direct damage from Resonators, Chisa inflicts 1 stack of Havoc Bane on them. This effect can be triggered up to once every 2s.

@wtacvnt Doesn't that mean that ANY character that can inflict a NS can be used in the 3rd slot for Hiyuki+Chisa? Iirc Chisa allows other NS units to apply Havoc Bane through her outro, right?
