The men, who police said are Afghan nationals and refugees, are accused of sexual offences committed between August 2023 and May 2025 against two victims. The men, six aged 20 and one aged 21, appeared at Norwich Magistrates' Court on Friday, and were bailed until a plea hearing at Norwich Crown Court on 19 June. Officers raided six addresses in Norwich on Wednesday morning and one in Dumbarton in Scotland, arresting seven men. A eighth man, aged 19, was arrested in Ireland on Friday morning. The charges relate to two victims, who were aged in their early-to-mid teens at the time of the alleged offences.
