Siphon Brewing

This summer, Siphon Brewing turns three years old. To celebrate, we're producing a special six-pack of beers, each of which is brewed with one other Belgian brewery and one international brewery. We're calling it The Noble Gas Project. siphonbrewing.be/noble-gas

We emptied all our tanks this week and we did not brew to fill them. This is the first time since Siphon Brewing started in the Spring of 2016 that all of our tanks are empty. A thread. /1

We're pouring two new beers at @BabBrugge this weekend. DERBY is a Belgian dark strong ale brewed with oats, honey & coconut macaroons. Toasted coconut and raisins were added on the cold side after fermentation for extra “granola” character. More here: siphonbrewing.be/derby

Today we're making NOLA version 2 with a bunch of our friends. It's an American Porter using chocolate wheat and brown malt and amarillo, motueka and simcoe. Available on 8 March. Details to follow.
