@DejiAdesogan @dawisu I was on that road yesterday for more than 7 hours. To clear the gridlock they need to open all the blocked or diverted sections between Jere and Katari so that there will be flow in both directions.

Walaikum assalam. Please take a deep breath. May Allah grant you ease, open doors of sustenance, and clear your burden. Your life and sanity are worth far more than 220k, so do not let despair win. In Fiqh, Dharurah (dire necessity) opens exceptional doors when life or sanity is at immediate risk, however, using an interest-based loan app to pay a debt is like drinking poison to quench thirst. These apps are notorious for predatory interest and aggressive public shaming. Taking a loan from them will not save you; it will multiply your debt, trap you in a worse cycle, and ruin your peace. Under the rules of Islamic jurisprudence, a transaction that guarantees your long-term destruction CANNOT be used as a remedy for an immediate crisis. Instead of stepping into that trap, you must utilize the communal solutions Allah has provided. Since you are jobless and burdened by debt due to illness, you officially qualify as one of Al-Gharimun (the debtors), which is one of the eight categories explicitly entitled to receive Zakat in the Quran. Do not hide from your current creditors. Sit with them alongside a community elder, explain your job loss, and draft a realistic, tiny payment plan to show goodwill. Please reach out to trusted local Islamic charity platforms or individuals privately so they can help you raise a Qard Hasan (interest-free loan) or use Zakat funds to support you. Allah brought you through the illness, and He will bring you through this bottleneck without you needing to resort to Riba. Allah knows best.

BREAKING NEWS | The crescent moon for Dhul Hijjah 1447 has been sighted in Saudi Arabia. Subsequently, the blessed month of Dhul Hijjah will commence tonight, and ‘Eid al-Adha will be observed on Wednesday 27th May 2026, in shā Allāh. May Allāh ﷻ grant the hujjāj a safe, accepted and spiritually uplifting Hajj, ease every stage of their journey, and return them home forgiven like the day they were born. Aameen. May Allah ﷻ also allow us all to maximise the blessed first ten days of Dhul Hijjah through dhikr, fasting, du‘ā, charity and righteous deeds, and may He accept all of our worship and efforts. Aameen.

For a Muslim parent, the decision on where to send a child for school is about a lot more than just university rankings. You can get a degree from the most famous school in the West, however, which serious Muslim parent would send their children to countries where their Muslim identity would be threatened? Or where they will struggle to pray? Though things are now changing in UK and America. Islam has really grown over there and I am happy about that. But for a place like Canada, my friend in Ontario still complains about how hard it is for him to pray Jummah. That kind of environment is a massive turn off for many. People choose places like Malaysia, Turkey, or Egypt because they want the best of both worlds. They want their kids to be experts in their fields, but they also want them to stay rooted in their faith. You get the quality education without having to hide who you are. So to them, the soul matters just as much as the certificate.

The Choice of country Northern elites sent their wards to school always get me amused: Sudan Togo Egypt Malaysia Turkey Dubai These are people who can send their children to any countries in the world with ease. Just maybe to have a blend of western and Arabic culture

I stayed in the same compound with my colleagues, and I noticed that they're very busy to go market, some of them studied abroad 🙃, basu son shiga rana 🌞, I started solving their problems, and making profits. Fruits like banana, pineapple, coconut, groceries, kitchen utensils, meats 🍖, fish 🐟, sweet potatoes, beetroot, strawberries, almost anything people needed regularly. What surprised me was that the business was solving my own needs too. It covered some of my expenses and even saved me transportation costs. Now I’m thinking about starting natural Zobo production too because people already buy one bottle at work for ₦1,200. I believe I can make a better and more natural version with fewer additives and sell at ₦1,000. I’ve also ordered blenders for them. I got each one at ₦20k and I’m reselling at ₦25k, still cheaper than what they sell around here. It will be delivered from Kano with free delivery 😀. I’ve even been given a contract to supply lingerie for marriage boxes as well. Sometimes the opportunity is not far away. It’s simply noticing what people around you already consume daily and supplying it better. I sometimes buy from Jos for supply sometimes because demand is there.

It’s another week, and I want to share something many people quietly experience. Many of us already work extremely hard every day, yet our income barely changes. I’ve noticed this happens often in overcrowded markets where too many people depend on the same small opportunities. You see it in petty trading, small retail, and informal businesses where competition is high and profits remain very low. In these situations, working longer hours does not always improve earnings because too many people are chasing the same customers. One thing that helps is paying attention to: • services or products people struggle to find nearby • skills connected to growing industries • opportunities with fewer direct competitors • ways to increase value instead of only increasing effort Sometimes small changes in positioning create better income opportunities over time. What’s one business, skill, or opportunity you’ve noticed has strong demand but still has very few people doing it well? Your response might be exactly what someone needs to begin the week with focus and motivation.

This Morning, I completed the purchase of a 2009 Toyota Yaris Automatic. The 2nd car to be included in the test shipment of the small business I am creating to offer cheap quality cars to civil servants. The car will be duty cleared, delivered & ready to drive direct from Holland to your house in Tarauni or Ikorodu for the region of just 5 Million naira. The car has already been exported to Nigeria systematically as in the last frame. Since I posted these cars, I have received several offers. Some people even offered above 1 Million naira more than the asking price just to reserve it for themselves. However, at this stage, I do not want to collect anybody’s money before the cars arrive in Nigeria. I do not want to feel obliged to update you where your car is or having to explain any delays at this point. This is a testing phase and once the cars arrive, they will be released to the market. In the coming days, I will target other varieties to secure as many cars as I can before the container departure date. May the Almighty help us.

Today I purchased the first car to be included in the first batch of the test shipment of the business. Toyota Yaris 2011 Mileage 183km After factoring all costs related to shipping, customs etc. This car will be offered for 1m less than the market price as per the purpose of the business. The car has had only 2 owners since 2011 and was driven by an old dutch woman for 10 years from 2016 - 2026, so you can have an idea of how well it was taken care of. In the coming days, I will be targeting other Toyota Yaris models 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2012, both automatic & manual. I am open to suggestions on other cars to include. May the Almighty guide us.
