Literally we hate the way we talk about revolutionaries such as those of the Black Panther Party just for aesthetics- yet there’s BPP members in jail, those whose families are seeking help to maintain basic needs & so forth. Literally these are people.

today we are celebrating the incredible organizer, educator and revolutionary Assata Shakur born today 74 yrs ago. many, including ourselves, were introduced to radical politics of liberation through Assata, or learned more from her a great deal on their journey of radicalism.
