@sj_maher I could also imagine a version of this problem where you allow hop substitutions in the recipes for a penalty (for instance).

Achievement unlocked: Solving a linear program on a phone. No software to install. Take a picture of an LP, get a solution in return. The demo in this video uses the CPLEX solver on @NeosOpt servers.

Interesting result! Some journals give us up to 6 months to review a paper. Following delays, this extend out quite a bit. Maybe we should push journals to give shorter review times (2-3 months) to help get publications in #ORMS out faster.
