@myaccessbank I have an Issue with my virtual card. I funded the card, my account was debited but the card wasn’t funded, Also I have a failed transaction using the card, the service purchased failed, but I was debited without any transaction reference

@StanChartNG hi, I made a transfer this evening around 5pm,I was sent a debit alert via sms, with a reference no. But on the secured mail, only the submitted request is displayed. I haven’t received the mail which is to confirm it’s successful. The recipient has not been credited
