Why are we not building oil refineries right now this very minute in the USA? Come on y’all, right now there is one active build going on with a capacity of 168,000 barrels per day. There needs to be about 10 being built right now to keep up with demand and to lower prices.

Being the one in our family that has type 2 diabetes, I can attest to all of these items as symptomatic. I always feel my worst when I eat high glycemic. But if I can and will hold the course. High protein low sugars wins every time with diabetes
