@virginmedia really poor service, no internet for up to 6 hrs due to network upgrades. Why no notice? You know where I live! If I had known I could have made arrangements to be able to work. No option to complain either on the phone.
@MartinSLewis@f1 First world problem I know but after weeks of delays we've finally had the email about ticket refunds for the Hungary GP. They will refund ticket value minus 3% service fee-can they do that? Also only mentions ticket value, not the various fees they charged.
