Guys, stay clear of @EON_SE_en ! My account was over £2000 in credit, they didn’t want to give it back, got £1700 and somehow I owe them £147. I just want out. This has been dragging on for the best part of 6 months. I believe they owe me over £300 + compensation. Unacceptable!

@LucyRob57016889 @EON_SE_en ‘s customer service is absolutely atrocious. They closed the complaint twice due to “no contact” when I’ve been in constant contact and sent a written letter with recorded delivery after advice with ombudsman. Don’t let them rip you off!

@BrumOccLung @skacoelho @EON_SE_en Stay firm and take it to the ombudsman. We had a similar experience with Npower- they tried to charge us over £2000, even threatening legal action- turned out they owed us over £1300 and then a year later we got another £700 and an apology letter. Ombudsman was great
