I have a note app that says 'note saved' after saving. Each time I panic as I read 'not saved' in the blink of my eye.

@sketchnotesara Thank you for this. I'm hopefully starting therapy soon and will keep your advise in mind. Nr 5 is my bane. I refuse to make a list, because I know what I need to say and this time will be different, damn you. And then the second panel happens. I really should make lists.
