Sometimes on Fridays I take a zero day trade if I see a probable set up. Only a small bet as I expect it to go to nothing. Usually it’s Tesla but today I took a QQQ trade into the last 10 minutes. I’d waited all day for it to dump to my level and believed it was probable at close. It went over 300% in 4 minutes. Maybe my fastest profit trade in my trading career. My friend bought a house in 2020 at 2.9% interest. Locked in forever. His mortgage is $1,450 a month. Same house today would cost him $3,100 a month at current rates. He can’t move. Can’t upsize.
