Thick, deep, gluten-free. And the crazy part? We don't all use the same one. Tokyo uses koikuchi — the dark stuff you see abroad. Osaka and Kyoto use usukuchi, so the broth stays clear and pretty. Kyushu? Their soy sauce is sweet. Like, really sweet. Aichi loves tamari — thick, dark, almost pure soybean. Same country. Totally different bottles. Which one would you try first?

Karena di malaysia, definisi seorang "malay" itu dimasukkan konstitusi dimana seorang dianggap malay jika, beragama islam, berbahasa melayu, dan mengikuti budaya malay. Jadi definisi ras itu bukan berdasarkan etnis atau budaya, tapi berdasarkan undang-undang. Kalau ada orang batak, Kristen, literally bukan orang malay walaupun secara genetis melayu

Ya masalahnya kan penggolongan Melayu di tiga negara itu tidak adil bagi etnis Austronesia dan Melanwsia yg ada di Indonesia. Bukankah Malay is Moslem by default despites all ethnicities? Terus gimana dengan non Muslim??
