@HastingsDirect I have. Still waiting on various teams since 28th March. Also, the automatic complaint email stated 3days! Which if answered is certainly the quickest response on the matter to date.
@skinnykatplease I’m sorry you’re still waiting for a response. Claims emails can take up to 10 working days, although they’re often quicker. With two recent bank holidays, it may take a little longer. You’re welcome to contact our complaints team if you’d like to raise a concern about the 1/2
@HastingsDirect would appericiate a reply to my various emails from 28th March. Also an update on my 2nd option estimate for repair submitted on 1st April (no, it was not an April fool!). Your CEO #TobyVanDerMeer does mot advertise his email, so sent to. Complaints instead!

Beware off by the app Dressly, signed up to what I thought deal that offered assistance on what to wear, what suits you etc etc. I then noticed 2 x add charges for £19.99 on my card. I questioned them, thinking a genuine error, they'll resolve. NO, customer service stinks! 📢
Disgusted by @premierinn total lack of regard for red weather warnings, which is a danger to life! I could amend my booking but dates I want are not available and they will not let me change to another premier inn that has capacity! #redweatherwarning#stormeunice#compassion
