Thanks, great summary! Check out our new #JNeurosci paper w/@brettlfoster + Joe Kable where we use the amazing Natural Scenes Dataset (thnx @cvnlab+team) to identify distinct medial parietal regions responsive to recognition-decisions vs. semantic content jneurosci.org/content/early/…
Penn Neurosurgery@PennNSG

For @SfNJournals, the @brettlfoster lab used a dataset to look at how medial parietal cortex regions are engaged during recognition memory and how task-related dissociations may reflect connectivity and stimulus category functional profiles. @skoslov ➡️ spr.ly/6018ZwDtj

Ever notice medial parietal cortex in neuroimaging studies of episodic memory and wonder what's going on there? In our preprint (biorxiv.org/content/10.110…) we identify interleaving subregions responsive to memory-decisions vs semantic content during recognition within individuals.
