Today we're introducing TRIBE v2 (Trimodal Brain Encoder), a foundation model trained to predict how the human brain responds to almost any sight or sound. Building on our Algonauts 2025 award-winning architecture, TRIBE v2 draws on 500+ hours of fMRI recordings from 700+ people to create a digital twin of neural activity and enable zero-shot predictions for new subjects, languages, and tasks. holy shit Anthropic accidentally leaked a new AI model that’s “by far the most powerful AI model we’ve ever developed” it’s so good they’ve designated it a fucking cybersecurity threat 👀 this is nuts: - code name Capybara / Mythos - “dramatically higher scores that opus 4.6 on software coding, reasoning and cyber security” - wildest shit: “capybara is currently far ahead of any other AI model in cyber capabilities” - so they have to SLOW RELEASE it to cyber experts FIRST so they can prevent advanced hacks when they release it 😂 anthropic admitting it’s a cyber security weapon so need to pump the breaks - model is an entire tier ABOVE opus and sonnet. the rollout is being throttled because the models too damn good NOW i understand why they’ve been constrained on compute - they’ve been training this fucking thing

🚨🇺🇸 FEDERAL JUDGE BLOCKS PENTAGON ORDER BRANDING ANTHROPIC A NATIONAL SECURITY RISK A major win for the AI lab. Judge Rita Lin ruled the Pentagon likely violated the law and retaliated against Anthropic for speaking publicly about how it wanted its technology used. The dispute: Defense officials wanted Anthropic to allow Claude for "any lawful purpose." Anthropic refused to permit mass domestic surveillance or fully autonomous weapons. The Pentagon responded by labeling them a "supply chain risk" alongside foreign adversaries. Judge Lin: "Nothing in the governing statute supports the Orwellian notion that an American company may be branded a potential adversary and saboteur of the U.S. for expressing disagreement with the government." The military has been using Claude throughout Operation Epic Fury for intelligence assessments, target identification, and battle simulations. They designated the company a threat while actively relying on their technology... Source: Washington Post

People have been asking Tesla for years to build the perfect family SUV. Now Elon hints something cooler than a minivan is coming. Many are hoping it's a Cyber SUV built on the Cybertruck platform. Same durability. Same safety. Same futuristic design. If this is what we think it is, it's going to bring a whole new wave of customers to Tesla. Families want safety and reliability above everything else. This could be the one. Who else is ready to order theirs?

I wonder how much a plane ticket for your Optimus robot is going to cost. If I go traveling, I'd want to bring it with me. I imagine it would be considered special luggage and have $100 fee.

Introducing TurboQuant: Our new compression algorithm that reduces LLM key-value cache memory by at least 6x and delivers up to 8x speedup, all with zero accuracy loss, redefining AI efficiency. Read the blog to learn how it achieves these results: goo.gle/4bsq2qI
