It's Finally Here 🔥 Laravel Simplified is live! I start it as a newsletter for now, to see how many artisans are interested in getting Laravel Tips, News, and other Laravel Eco-System Cool Stuff. I am so pumped for this one, and I feeling it's just the beginning of something great!

Adding "Any questions?" to a Claude Code prompt before it gets to work is the easiest way to get it to clarify anything before it jumps in with changes. Almost foolproof if you ask this every time.

Boost 2.0 is out now. ⚡️ This update transitions many package guidelines into agent skills for better context management. This is must have for getting the best results from agents building Laravel apps. > composer update > php artisan boost:install

@laracasts I am with you in every single word, I tried to fight it at first, feeling what to do with all the knowledge I have, then eventually I learned adaptation is the key here. And i am more excited than ever.

If you've never written PHP in your life, do these things tonight: 1. Download PHP from php.new or use Laravel Herd 2. Run "laravel new my-awesome-idea" 3. Run Claude Code and build something amazing I guarantee you that it'll be an awesome experience!

I've tried Livewire 4 single-file components for a while, for a few demo projects. And.. realized that I don't like constantly scrolling up and down between Class and HTML parts. Or is it just me? :)

@udaysy Depends on the complexity of the task you are working with. For me I like to review the changes, and merge them myself.

@sky_0xs the worktrees approach is solid. the merge back is where it usually gets messy for me though. do you let the agents finish and then manual merge, or have a strategy for keeping them on non-overlapping files?

Running multiple AI coding agents in the same repo is a great way to break things fast. I wrote a practical guide on using Git worktrees to run multiple Claude Code agents in parallel, when needed.

@aarondfrancis I believe people who are against AI often ignore history. Kodak is a good example showing that you have to adapt to change rather than fight the inevitable.

I'm sincerely trying to think about how to bring folks like this along through the new wave. Is AI everything that X dot com The Everything App says it is? No. Will you get left behind if you don't upskill? I think you might.
