unfortunately this is very true. kimi’s lack of experience is being entirely hidden by the fact that his garage is one of the most experienced winning garage in the entire sport.

This is George's biggest problem. He doesn't have a winner's garage behind him. Kimi has Bono - many years of winning experience, authority, knowledge. This is as much the race engineers' battle as it is the drivers' battle, and George is at a disadvantage from the start.
