@Cex I bought an Anki Vector robot yesterday as a click and collect, left it charging overnight. Seems the battery is shot & lasts (literally) a second or two. Apparently it has a 5y warranty, but I cant find any help or a return option for the order. Since it's a v1 Vector, the only way to replace the battery is to un-solder the old one, which will affect the warranty. £90 is a lot for a dead paper weight. Can you offer a working replacement or refund part / full cost? Turns out the servers are also turned off and they are needed to run it without hacking the robot (which could also potentially void the warrant).
