Evening #Brumhour Contrary to popular belief, #hypnotherapy is not about treating phobias or quitting smoking - in fact that’s a tiny % of the clients I see. Most clients I work with have chronic #anxiety & #lowselfesteem. And the reality is, they get amazing results that last 🙌🏻

@Theholisticpsyc Healing requires effort: action either on your own or with the help of a therapist/expert. The amount of clients I’ve seen who say “I wish I’d done this earlier”…That’s why I’m encouraged to see the average age of my clients dropping now - the sooner healing happens the better.
