@pacfeirs one of my fav ways to spend time is parallel activities. i have a friend i used to play games with or watch things with a lot. if i could tell he fell asleep, i'd put on a YT playlist or rainymood instead of end the call so it wouldn't disturb him lmao. good memories.

Everyone says a parent’s love is unconditional but I think it’s the other way round. A child’s love for their parent is actually the unconditional one. As a child, you can never have another parent, but your parents can definitely have other children.

Hi, I have seen many people's comment about this and this is kinda depressing to read 😭 Personally, as a vtuber myself I can understand if your community is so big, it's probably almost impossible to remember everyone/think about them because simply there is so many people... But, I am a smaller sized vtuber and my viewers are like my online friends tbh 😭 and we hang out and talk a lot so I think about people who're around me and feel curious about them. Not that everyone is like me but, I think being curious about the people you talk to/spend time everyday is just normal to me??? Idk, I don't think it's parasocial even, as long as they don't know hehe. Anyways,,, seeing yourself as only a number in analytics sounds cruel. @tomoshi_exe the longing is very sweet... sharing that with others is kind. there is just a resigned melancholy in the structural distance. a viewer knows their creator intimately well, voice and mannerisms heard for hours across years. the creator, when feeling reflective, can only imagine

Fun Fact: Your oshi probably thought about you, your words, actions, jokes and try to imagine what kind of a person you're in front of the screen, how you look like, how is your relationship with people irl, what kind of a friend are you? What are you afraid of? What's your strength or weakness, who are you really? Who's the person in front of the screen watching her? She might be curious.

taking space is fine, loving me “forever” is fine, thinking about me and resisting the urge to talk to me all day is fine, but i need consistent indications that those things are true—a brief check-in every few days, a picture of a flower, a meme or two…i simply need evidence.

this is a really thoughtful point that I sympathize with deeply.. if your problem is not being loved, then no amount of words will fix your problem. but if your problem is not realizing how loved you are, at all times, then it won’t hurt to hear a reminder that you are not worthless, you are not alone, you are absolutely not always going to feel this way forever. i do not have to know you personally in order to cheer you on, and to know that you are a beautiful human being who deserves more. you’re going to make it
