🌷may 14th finally back to eating real food! 😋 I hate fast food sm, it triggers guilt for days n makes my stomach hurt so bad 😖 yesterday was a super caramel day lol. caramel coffee, caramel yog and applesauce 😊 didn't finish the chicken, I didn't rlly like it 🙃 ~710cals

🌼may 13th lunch is incorrect, I didn't get to eat the applesauce bc I didn't have a spoon 😭 and yet another day where boyf wanted fast food 🫩 he got upset that his mom n siblings ordered Chinese, so. atp food guilt is easier than trying to say no to him. ~900cals I'm so fat

🪻may 12 this day was crazy lol. I woke up super early bc every1 was up. boyfs mom had knee surgery so everything was just...off idk. boyf wanted to order 🍕 which triggered guilt (and a bad tummy ache), but I did walk a bit. I got over 14k steps and burned 385cals ~835cals

please don't take this out on me 'cause you're the only thing that's keeping me alive and I don't wanna wait for the down set date 'cause I would rather end it all tonight if I mean anything to you I'm sorry but I made up my mind

more bodychecks from work yesterday. I realized I had been fasting for over 24hrs, so I wanted to take pics before I ruined everything by eating. I need to weigh myself asap. it's been over 6 months. I really hope I've lost since then. I keep taking BCs but I can't tell 😭

🌷may 11th I've been really struggling with guilt around eating. the yogurts are hard bc they're higher calorie than my normal ones, so that causes guilt. and it takes me a long ass time to finish dinner n I usually have to smoke to not panic and be able to finish. ~615cals

🌼may 10th no wieiad for this day. I was too upset to eat most of the day, I barely even drank water. boyf and his family went to lunch w his mom but I didn't wanna impose on their family time so I stayed home. cleaned a bit and slept a lot yesterday. not much to report 0cals

once again, I'm up earlier than I need to be. I've been up since 4. every1 else is up bc boyf's mom is having knee surgery today. at least once they all leave, I can workout for a little while.
