Why exactly are you not just making the LP gains relative to what rank you are and how close you are to rank 1. Ofc , for this to work you need to reset the ladder , for master+ , but you don't know weather or not your players would want it? There is a poll system in the client

And 1 last thing, people in top 50 , especially top 10 barely play the game, they get their rank , sit on it and play just their decay game. The problem with this is that it makes the top of the ladder less competitive . A rank 1 player can just skip a whole patch.

This particular tool has never been used for anything good. Only irrelevant questions such as : "what other games do you play" Maybe it's time to use something that has been in the game for 5+ years to actually satisfy the player base

@edmundmcmillen Time traveler class , you get to see what ur enemy does beforehand and u have abilities for example to deny their next action or change it

@Kokaninxd @S1XD6XX I played 9 games yday, every 3 games went like this: 2 games ad ,1 game fully filled top I only had challs when I was filled top I assume this is because most botlanes are duo , and so are mid and JG So it's basically impossible for me to play ad into Hans and Labrov,for example

yo @drewlevin is this normal? Wasn't gains getting fixed this patch? (I get -25 for losing) i was 900 gm last season and my MMR was even higher cause I climbed after decaying XD

@drewlevin why do I get punished for playing soloq as Chall this season? I never can get in Chall lobbies no matter how much I q up because nearly everyone in Chall euw is duoq I think adding back duoq to master+(especially Chall) was a terrible decision.

@S1XD6XX It's because they separated duo and solo for some fucking reason So now if u are a solo only Player max u can get is grandmaster lobbies Because every single person in top 200 Is duoq for some reason And u can't get in duoq games while solo

I also perma play against Master players, idk how the system allows me to climb to 1k lp playing only vs Masters just to murder my MMR after that

@ranoribis Haven't dropped any ELO, looks like it's just a way to deflate rank 1 from 2k lp to maybe 1.5k , but this doesnt change the fact they could've just done this at the start of the season

@slendooo I think if you drop an elo you get +18 and -22 When i drop from diamond it became that even if I took it back

Did riot do anything about lp in the current patch , haven't played yet. I'm getting +18 -22 in 1.4k lp so people can get +27 -12 while never being 1k+ before

Also wouldn't it be a good idea to just lock everyone at +15 -15 while they hit master+? This would deflate the ladder while the good players would still be at the top.

@Krill_w I didn't specify it , but what I meant is pillars of society jobs , for example construction workers,doctors,teachers. Jobs that humanity would not function without

@slendooo lowkey streamers / pros are part of society just like any other form of entertainment

Is there anybody above 1k lp on euw with a job? As in a functioning member of society and not a pro player or streamer.
