@savvymoneygirl Taking a loan against your asset/stocks (Lombard loans) is the hack of the wealthy! Unfortunately not every brokerage platform offers it. You might have to transfer to their platform and if the asset depreciates to a certain value, then they will sell your asset to cover up.

I did what wealthy people do. I leveraged my investment portfolio as collateral and secured a loan against it. My investments stayed exactly where they were... still growing, still compounding, still doing their job. And I got the money I needed. Wealth isn't just about how much you own. It's about how much access you have. Because a lot of people are "asset rich" but cash poor. Everything is tied up. But when you understand how to use your assets strategically.... you start thinking like someone who controls monev.
