The kittens at 4 months old. Maple is a very sturdy boy and is over a kg bigger than his sister Willow. Their eyes are beginning to settle into the blue they will be when the grey tint lifts. Two unexpected but beautiful and affectionate little souls that bring utter joy ❤️

Day 1 Vs Day 7 Went to make a coffee and kittens launched an attack

Can you believe that baby Maple (left) is big enough to be castrated tomorrow! I adore all of my animals but I have a very special bond with Maple and Willow, probably because I've been with them since their traumatic birth. Dreading handing him over to the vet 😭

👋 it's so so weird how I don't see hardly any posts from people I follow and I'm not sure that anyone sees mine either. I guess I'm not posting as much as I used to but the things I get coming up are nothing I've shown any interest in? Are other people experiencing this? 🫤

I don't bother at all with Facebook because there's something very depressing when it's people you know being arseholes instead of complete strangers 😂 Yeah that smugness is what I'd heard and can't be doing with people who think they are nicer but really aren't

@BorisConSome1 @OwainB I haven't bothered with blue sky tbh as I've heard it can be just as bad but in the other direction. I don't think there's any places online for good faith discussion people seem to be agree with everything I say or be cast aside so there's no meeting in the middle anywhere 🫤

Well Sophie came home at 4pm and is a very angry pussycat. She shredded the big playpen I'd set up for her, ripped her cone off and has spent the remainder of the time doing pissed off grumbling while glaring at everything, other than me strangely. Poor girl 🥺

@maogden Oh they really don't like change do they. I think it's true that dogs are ADHD and cats are autistic 😂 All of mine hide in their litter boxes when I have any strangers in. Hope the decorating looks fab and Holly gets over the stress x

@slightlydotty Poor Sophie hope she's back to normal soon. Our Holly is a bit unsettled as we have the decorator in and the house is a mess.

@Williams09Liz Well hello 👋 dunno what's going on but I have seen some bizarre stuff in relation to Grok and information it's giving out that is very obviously manipulated. The idea of living on a little island with my fur family gets more appealing every day!

@andrew_meichan Oh I don't see that happening any time soon, too much of a powerful tool to sway the masses in both directions. Keep people at loggerheads so they don't notice the real stuff slipping past the radar

@andrew_meichan I'm getting a heck of a lot of American politics lately and lots of what seems like overall propaganda and divide and conquer from UK. Probably my own fault for expecting anything other than angry people shouting at each other 🙄

@slightlydotty I've been thinking the same thing of late. I think there is a very non-random promotion & distribution of certain accounts/topics which no doubt has a social/political agenda behind it.
