@frodeci Facts. Been saying that those Portland leads weren’t a good sign for a young team in their first playoff run. OKC being insane last year got people’s thinking warped to think that’s the norm.

@TheColtonShow__ I don’t get how people can’t look at a map and see that the street grid very clearly changes at Broadway. Bushwick and Bed-Stuy/Ocean Hill one of the rarer cases of a very clear border since we don’t have official neighborhood boundaries in NYC

@omylola @OsseChi I mean, if you’re east of Saratoga and west of Broadway, north of ENY Ave, it’s def Ocean Hill. People try to expand the border out a bit more, but that lines up with the community board definition 🤷🏿‍♂️

@OsseChi +1, also transplant here, I’ve understood it to be Bed-Stuy then once you cross Broadway you are now in Bushwick. But also folks insist that where I live is Ocean Hill so idek 😭

@undercoverNBA Think “keep relentlessly attacking the paint” is pretty genius since it targets the one main concern everyone had about Wemby and the playoffs: fatigue. Takes energy to keep defending the rim constantly, particularly when you’re also asked to contribute on offense.

I think the answer for the Wolves is to keep attacking the paint. It doesn’t matter if Wemby finishes with 15 blocks because it opens the rest of your offense up too and they will eventually get some calls on some of these plays that the refs have swallowed their whistle on

Gotta say, the Wolves’ game plan of “don’t worry about Wemby blocking everything, just keep going right at him and tire him out” was pretty genius and clearly worked towards the end with how much he was settling for jumpers.

@frodeci Experience matters. OKC getting it done in their second run is the exception, not the rule. Plus I think people put too much emphasis on regular season matchups. Boston and Phoenix swept NY and Minny and got smoked in the playoffs, recently
