Ran 2.17 miles Thursday on my own, 2.3 miles with my son later that day, and took yesterday off. This morning ran a 5k in 20:03. I can realistically break 20 minutes next 5k, let’s go!!

Ran 7.79 miles this evening then as promised ran one more mile and did another 1.18. Video is a little blurry b/c it’s the evening, but I think it’s visible enough. Also ran 2.82 miles with my 9 year old son yesterday. Great weekend of running all! Hope everyone has a good night!
