I am not trying to sell you anything.
But if you are a CPG founder or looking to start, I implore you to watch this YouTube video.
My friend Zain and I started bringing friends into conversations for fun.
Shray has managed a very large amount of retail media spend for brands that you know and love.
Retail media is incredibly incremental if you are looking to win in CPG.

Is your life chaotic enough? If not, add these 17 daily habits:
1. Reply to every text immediately even if it’s 3 a.m. and you’re half-asleep. Bonus points for autocorrect disasters that start group chat wars.
2. Leave every door and cabinet slightly ajar. Fridge, pantry, bedroom, dishwasher. Turn your home into a perpetual game of “what’s letting the cold out this time?”
3. Set 8 alarms with 2-minute intervals, then hit snooze on all of them while swearing you’ll “get up in five.” Wake up in a panic 45 minutes later.
4. Check your phone every 90 seconds while doing anything else. Walking, eating, talking to people. Nothing is sacred. Watch your attention span evaporate in real time.
5. Buy one more item every time you go to the store “just because it’s on sale.” Your kitchen will become a museum of expired impulse buys.
6. Start five new hobbies at once. Learn guitar, crochet, sourdough, coding, and pottery simultaneously. Own 17 unfinished projects by week’s end.
7. Respond to emails with “I’ll get back to you on that” and then never do. Let the inbox become a black hole of mild guilt and forgotten promises.
8. Drink coffee right before bed because “it doesn’t affect me.” Lie awake rethinking every life choice from age 12 onward.
9. Multitask aggressively. Cook dinner while on a Zoom call, folding laundry, and scrolling memes. Burn something, miss the punchline, and drop a sock in the sauce.
10. Never put anything back where it belongs. Keys on the counter, phone in the fridge, wallet under the couch. Turn finding your stuff into a daily treasure hunt.
11. Say yes to every invitation for the next month, then complain about how busy you are while double-booking yourself into oblivion.
12. Rearrange your furniture weekly “for better energy.” Trip over the couch in the dark every night until you give up and move it back.
13. Blast music or podcasts at max volume while trying to focus. When you inevitably miss important sounds (doorbell, timer, child/spouse yelling), act surprised.
14. Open 19 browser tabs every morning “just to check one thing.” By noon, your computer is begging for mercy and you’ve forgotten why you opened any of them.
15. Procrastinate by “planning.” Make elaborate to-do lists, color-code them, then feel so accomplished you reward yourself by doing nothing.
16. Argue with strangers online about things that don’t matter. Spend 20 minutes crafting the perfect comeback, then refresh to see they already blocked you.
17. End every day by promising tomorrow will be different. Then repeat the exact same chaos loop because habits are hard and entropy always wins.

@kdean I always feel good, but it has nothing to do with the market or global events 😂
