I got back to work and forgot to weigh myself this morning. It’s so hot during the day that the scale is probably going to be way higher just because I’m retaining water. ☁️

I’m so happy I have a place where I can share my true feelings, because my friends wouldn’t want to hear this, when I’m calling myself fat, but that’s the reality.
I’m getting back to work tomorrow after my vacation.
I’m really motivated because I’d love to lose a few more kilos before Saturday.
My calorie burn is going to be pretty high over the next five days, so I’m hoping to see some progress on the scale.
To be honest, I was feeling pathetic because I was hoping to see a weight starting with 96…
I think there might have been something wrong with the scale…
Usually, I don’t avoid drinking water, but I really wanted to see 96 on the scale.
I weighed myself when I woke up and it was 97.0 kg.
A couple of hours later, I weighed myself again and it said 97.7 kg?!
That seems impossible because I hadn’t eaten or drunk anything.

I ate some ramen, cookies and chips but I kept track so I wouldn’t eat too much.
To be honest I’m a bit paranoid because I’m on my period and it feels like my weight is dropping so slowly no matter what I do. Hopefully I’ll wake up tomorrow and see a lower number on the scale.
I can’t believe I did it. As an obese person who was constantly snacking, making it through a whole day without eating is a huge achievement for me.
Now I’m going to have something to eat, not too much tho, and then I’ll begin my next fast at noon. 🤍
20 hours into my fast, only 4 hours to go, so I’ve been fasting the entire day. 🤍
A couple of weeks ago, I couldn’t have imagined going a whole day without snacking. I’m not even that hungry rn, so maybe I’m finally getting rid of my addiction to junk food and constant snacking
