NBA FINALS POTD ☢️ Pick: Knicks -2 -110 (3U) The Spurs got themselves back into the series with a huge Game 3 win, but I still think the bigger picture favors New York. The Knicks looked tight at times with the pressure of protecting a 2-0 Finals lead and trying to move one step closer to a championship that has eluded the franchise for 53 years. Even with that pressure, they were still in position to take control of the game before San Antonio made the necessary adjustments. One thing that has stood out throughout this series is the whistle. New York has consistently found itself on the wrong side of some key calls, and in a pivotal Game 4 at MSG, it wouldn't be surprising to see some regression in that department. More importantly, this Knicks team has been an absolute machine throughout the postseason, and I'm willing to view Game 3 as more of an outlier than the start of a trend. Brunson continues to deliver in the biggest moments despite shooting below his usual standards, and it feels like only a matter of time before he has one of those signature playoff explosions. The Spurs deserve credit for how they've defended and for getting Wemby more involved, but winning one game is very different from winning consecutive games at MSG against a team that has been dominant for most of the playoffs. San Antonio showed life, but the pressure now shifts back to New York in a good way. The Knicks know dropping both home games would completely flip this series on its head, and I expect their stars to respond. Give me Brunson making the big plays late and the Knicks taking a commanding 3-1 series lead. ❤️ IF TAILING!
