TAKE OUT EITHER OF YOUR PALMS right now, open them up to look and then bend your middle finger down. Where your middle finger naturally lands on your palm is called Láo Gōng (pericardium 8 or “Palace of Toil”) in Acupuncture. Now rub this point on either palm for 2-3 minutes with your opposite thumb tip in a clockwise motion. (Do not perform this if pregnant) This point is used for all things cardiac and heart (balancing, strengthening, regulating) as well as for mental health disorders, epilepsy, vomiting, nausea and fungal infections (of the hands and feet) It clears heat and inflammation from your pericardium and heart, revives consciousness, calms the spirit down and harmonizes your stomach, also clearing excess “Dampness” in the gut (think Candida, and similar broken water metabolism that allows pathogens to grow in the gut) In many cultures this point is also a minor chakra of the body, used in religions and energy work alike for hands on healing. You can also activate this point through prayer, placing your hands together and focusing on these points touching and connecting energetically together. I highly suggest working these points daily for regulating heart issues, inflammation and life force. It is a STRONG regulator of Qi in your body. This is one of the three points many monks recommend working with daily, as a magical way to heal the body, improve your entire system’s function and live a longer and happier life. And, I want to add another point to push this year, along with this point, because it is a fire horse year, I would also massage the Kidney 1 point with this. This point is on the very bottom of your foot at the center base of the pad. It’s tender on many (will attach image) Pressing this point, the lowest point on the body, drains the charge in body, grounds you and helps Qi flow downward. It is called Yǒngquán, “Bubbling Spring,” and is mostly used to descend things, anchor us and to revive. Other TCM main uses : calms agitation, panic, insomnia and racing mind helps with heat rising to the head, like flushed faces, dizziness, headaches, pressure(s) anchors our spirit when someone feels scattered or ungrounded revives us in collapse or after fainting in classical emergency use supports our Kidney yin & root when there is empty heat rising helps connect the body back into the one’s own feet and earth (we are all living in Fire energy & Air, on phones and perpetually, chronically out of body, no presence) used in qigong for grounding and stabilizing the nervous system. Why are we doing these? We want these both in a Fire Horse year because it counteracts what the cosmology and energetics of the year will do. One point grounds, the other balances. On Monday I will post another way to work with these points.

United need three equally good box-to-box 8s in the squad who cover both sides of the game. Two 8s behind Bruno. Everything else is too predictable.

You dont want a yacht. You dont want a big house. You dont want a super car, a $40,000 watch, or shoes you worry about getting dirty. You want free will. You want to wake up naturally on a Tuesday and you want to go to bed when you’re done having fun. You want to say yes to everything that excites you without having to request time off. You want to go to the the gym at noon, in absolutely no hurry. You want to spend 18 hours a day doing what you love. You want to be exactly where you desire being, always. You want to spend as much time with the people you care about as possible. You’re saying you wanna be rich? In what?

No other human being that has ever existed was born with your exact coordinate in space-time. No single person has experienced the same things you have from your vantage point. Some are further along than others ofc, but you have genius in the recesses of your mind. The time it takes you to do this is secondary; your primary task is to figure out how you can articulate it in a way that is coherent with your vessel. Nobody else will ever be able to do this like you can.

Michael Owen on Bruno Fernandes: “Forget this season, that's in a team that's been so average for so long.. And we all talk about it you know, we speak with our friends about it, if somebody came in & offered £100m for Bruno Fernandes now would you take it? [No!] I don't care how old he is, how much he's earning per week, he is the single most important player to any team in the Premier League, I'm absolutely convinced of it. His importance can't be understated. Even if you had to say no to £100m to someone for him, he's worth it. He is that important to this team.” [@StanSportFC/@premierleague]

Moments like this are exactly what make Lionel Messi world class… and honestly, I’m so happy that Bruno Fernandes is one of the very few players who carries that same attribute. Let me break it down as simply as possible like I’m explaining to a 7-year-old. I played grassroots football in my prime, mostly as a centre-back (CB), so I understand what’s going on in the heads of those two defenders in that moment. From experience and even from studying the game, you don’t mark an attacker while facing him square-on. No , you stay slightly sideways, choosing a direction, either left or right. Why? Because that way, you control where the attacker goes. You’re basically guiding him into a path you’re ready to shut down quickly if he follows it. Now here’s where it gets interesting. In that situation, both defenders had already chosen the direction they wanted him to go. They were set, waiting for him to “dance to their tune.” But this is where elite players are different. Instead of rushing, instead of playing into their trap, he stayed calm… almost too calm. That calmness alone planted doubt in their minds. The moment they realized he wasn’t biting, wasn’t moving the way they expected, panic crept in. One of them lost patience and decided to step out to close him down and that right , there was the mistake. And trust me, players like Bruno and Messi don’t miss moments like that. The second that defender stepped out, he already knew they’ve messed up. And he punished them instantly. It’s those tiny, almost invisible details… the patience, the mind games, the control of space and timing… that separate players like him and Messi from just any random player. That’s not just talent , that’s football intelligence at the highest level. WHAT. A. PLAYER. 🔥

I still insist.. Why didn’t Bruno make the pass to Mbeumo instead?? He was very clear and would have scored as well. It would have been a big booster for him. Look how isolated Mbeumo has become lately. A shadow of himself! Mbeumo cannot end the season feeling this way please.

The craziest part about this whole record chase is this — after matchday 25, he was sitting on just 12 assists. To even enter the conversation, he needed 9 assists from the remaining 13 games. That’s not a small ask at all. Naturally, people started talking. The media picked it up, questions started flying everywhere — “Can he really break it?” “Is it even possible?” But through all the noise, all the pressure, all the spotlight… he stayed the same. No panic, no forcing things, no chasing numbers. Just doing his thing, playing his game, creating magic the way he always has. And now look at it — with 5 games left, he only needs 3 more assists. THREE. 😂 From needing 9 in 13 to needing just 3 in 5… that’s not normal, that’s elite mentality mixed with ridiculous consistency. At this point, it’s no longer a question of if — it’s when. The record is shaking already. WHAT. A. PLAYER. 🥹

If life is too fast for love, Then death is too fast for life. Make sure you remember that. Don't go to your grave with a weighted heart. Money, influence, fame - all of these things will disappear. But you will grieve because you didn't give love to those who deserved and needed it from you. Your heart will grieve because you did not repent or forgive. It won't care whether you believe in God, or in the afterlife, or in the powers of mercy and grace. Because the heart knows what is true regardless of what you believe. And that's why old men start to grieve.
