RICO is the crime of being a criminal. It is a tool to take down leaders in organizations who don't commit the crime themselves. The mafia boss doesn't do "the hit." But he can be held responsible for it because of his role in the organization.
Whoever funds Antifa, coordinates it, can be held accountable for street attacks, riots, assaults, etc. BLM same thing. Whoever organized the attacks on Tesla dealerships, same thing. Whoever organizes attacks on ICE officers, same thing.
The failure of the federal government to at least pursue this is shocking. At the very least it would indicate the FBI hasn't tried to infiltrate these organizations - probably because they've been helping set up "white supremacist" conspiracies where they wouldn't otherwise exist.

the right needs to calm down and focus.
first, and most obviously, don't retaliate with violence. not only is it morally wrong and politically stupid, for the time being we unambiguously have the moral high ground. tit for tat is the worst idea possible. trust me, it might "feel" like the lead up to the spanish civil war or something like that but an actual kinetic civil war would destroy everything you know and love. we are better than the violent lunatics on the left and we're going to keep it that way. they can have political violence. we will have order.
second, there's a great opportunity to calmly and methodically remove from power the footsoldiers on the left cheering on Charlie's assassination. of course, most people posting gleefully about this are antisocial unemployed losers, but some of them with real professional jobs are posting under their real names. every single word they post (whether it's on bluesky, x, facebook, IG, or even private chats) needs to be methodically catalogued and aggregated. the Jews were very successful with canary mission after 10/7 and the right should implement this immediately in an organized fashion. no aggression, no malevolence, just careful documentation of leftist professionals cheering on political violence. like canary mission this should be organized and systematic. this includes teachers, professors, members of the press, professionals of all stripes. celebrating Charlie's assassination is 100% a fireable offense and no employer will be able to defend this behavior.
"but they are just irrelevant low level people" – some of them are influential members of the establishment, and there is an even greater reason to go after them. but why should ordinary people be exempt from consequences of their own hateful and death-glorifying speech? the left will call this cancel culture but of course they have no moral high ground, for over a decade now they've been repeating "it's not cancel culture, it's accountability culture". all we are doing is using their own mistakes against them to remove them from power. they know this is coming, but many of them are too dumb to stay quiet and celebrate privately. and of course, morally this is the right thing to do, so we shouldn't feel an ounce of shame. celebrating political violence is evil and leads to the collapse of society.
Trump also needs to get his act together and utilize the political momentum he has between this and Iryna's murder to push forward his agenda, with maximum aggression. one obvious course of action would be to investigate reddit, bluesky, and other forums where leftists have been calling for murder and terrorism and further assassination against other RW figures. this is already well documented, i don't need to add evidence here. these clearly cross the boundary from free speech to actual criminality. the leadership of these platforms should be investigated today, hauled in front of congress and held to account with criminal liability if necessary. again I am 100% in favor of all manner of free speech, but terroristic threats and calls to violence are not sanctioned and are explicitly illegal. they are proliferating widely on these platforms and leadership should be immediately held accountable if they can't moderate effectively.
you might not like what i'm writing here but i really don't care. after yesterday, i'm so far past caring. i've faced many threats and attempts to silence me for things i've written and it's never worked, and it never will.
