Also, we notice that small percentage of customer's files are unrecoverable able due to damage.We suggest your re-upload those corrupted files manually using FTP to avoid long wait in our Helpdesk.

4th Day Status Update: All affected SQL servers are fully recovered.We've 2 MySQL server with unstable OS is still waiting to be migrated today.

Status Update: We found that a few Mysql servers are unstable. We are migrating them over to new setup. It will be completed today. Also, we notice that some files cannot be decrypted for some customers. We are looking into the problem and should be resolved shortly.

Status Update:All decryption has been completed and most account returned back to normal.There are still few servers with unstable OS and it goes up and down frequently.These machines are now being reinstalled with new OS. Once this is done, we will be completely back to normal.

Status update: 98% of affected accounts has been fixed. Email is at 80%. However, there are few servers that's having bigger issues with decryptions. For some reason, it's not decrypting as fast as the rest of the 98%. More investigation is being done as we speak.
