I don't know man, looks pretty darn good to me. Right down to their goofy little Twilight Princess legs. Its weird to break free of the Star Fox 64 designs in a literal Star Fox 64 remake but I'm here for it. Peppy even got his long coat back!

I personally like the new designs (including Falco).
However, I can understand the concerns/criticisms.
Star Fox for a hot minute has been cemented in a singular design style. So it doing something new to appeal to a larger demo is going to take some adjustment.

A lot of you MFs are clearly tourists and it shows. I see people complaining about the style of the characters when you can clearly see they are designed as a nod to the original Animatronics from their original counterparts.
